I am very much happy that even Supreme Court Justice has realized that corruption is everywhere in the country. It needs some public hanging to have some deterrent impact of corrupt officials. In a country where all are corrupt (exceptions are negligible) who will hang whom is the pertinent question to answer. Who will bell the cat? Birds of the same feather flock together. Top to bottom people are indulged in malpractices. Whenever and wherever one goes, he has to pay bribe in cash or kind to get his work done. to whom one should punish. There are big boards displayed in all offices to complain about any grievances to higher authorities, but in fact no outcome comes. System has not changed at all.Compliner gets irritated with unresponsive system and ultimately compromises with the prevailing system of Give ad Take policy to ensure quick disposal of his work.Even in courts, cases move after payment of some money at every stage. It is open secret that corruption is more rampant in judicial system than other department. I am dead sure if real justice is delivered within shortest period of 90 days or less al crime including corruption will be minimized and finally eliminated.The learned justice got infuriated when the counsel of Mr. Bhushan submitted that the accused was a mere budget accounts officer. He further said that the accused was supposed to audit the funds. I would like to mention here that all auditors generally submit audit reports as per the desire of the owner of the company or the government department if they get warm treatment and some extraordinary payment from the owner. It is again a play of corruption. Reports are fabricated, manipulated, concocted, forged, and changed, and so on. Everything is possible by payment of money. To add fuel to fire all top officials put pressure on subordinates or his juniors to submit report as per his whims and fancies to survive .Bankers disburse loan mainly under pressure of Netas and Higher authorities. Government is unable to collect its own revenue in fear of Local Netas and musclemen. Where is the security for Gentlemen? There is no honour and respect for honest worker. Promotion and transfer al take place not on merit but only on the basis of his acumen to please his superiors.Under such sorry state of affairs one or two hanging in public will least serve the purpose? However this must start from the Top wherefrom the polluted Ganga emanates?Past record of all MLA/MP/IAS officers should be first scrutinised ,their assest and liablities should be looked into to know the prevailing proportion of corruption at Top level. Unfortunately all top officials and VIP person get acquitted from the court or from the clutches of CBI. History of last few decades will prove my contention.I therefore request the Apex Court to open Eye and not to rest on ear and written documents only.We have seen Scam of thosands of crores of rupees in the past and all accused or the real guilty is still moving freely (some scapegoats are in jail)sending a message to general mass that those who are in power cannot be punished and it is desirable to do what powerful person likes even if it is needed to pay some bribe.Corruption is the only route to Peaceful living .Survival of the fittest is old proverb and no more true for modern day world.Survival with Dignity is possible only when one supports the prevailing corrupt system. Life becomes Hell for those who go against the system.
